Identity Verification Specialist

ABOUT US
We are a customer service company catering to international fintech companies. Our services include user verification and identification, customer support for fintech users, and basic B2B support. We currently operate in three languages: Russian, English, and Turkish.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting identity verification checks for users undergoing KYC (Know Your Customer) processes.

• Reviewing documents such as passports, ID cards, and other forms of identification submitted by users.

• Comparing user-provided photos (selfies) with identification documents to ensure they match and are authentic.

• Detecting signs of tampering or manipulation in digital documents and images.

• Working closely with other team members to resolve complex or suspicious cases.

• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards related to identity verification.

• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in identity verification and fraud prevention.
