ABOUT US
We are a customer service company catering to international fintech companies. Our services include user verification and identification, customer support for fintech users, and basic B2B support. We currently operate in three languages: Russian, English, and Turkish.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling incoming inquiries from customers and partners through various channels (messengers, email, chats).

  • Providing prompt and professional support on issues related to the company's products and services.

  • Resolving conflict situations and handling complex customer requests.

  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to enhance service quality.

  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and improve customer experience.

  • Maintaining and updating the knowledge base and customer instructions.
