ABOUT US
We are a customer service company catering to international fintech companies. Our services include user verification and identification, customer support for fintech users, and basic B2B support. We currently operate in three languages: Russian, English, and Turkish.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling incoming inquiries from customers and partners through various channels (messengers, email, chats).
Providing prompt and professional support on issues related to the company's products and services.
Resolving conflict situations and handling complex customer requests.
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to enhance service quality.
Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
Maintaining and updating the knowledge base and customer instructions.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
