Head of Client Service

We provide user verification and identification services, customer support for users of fintech services and basic support for the b2b segment. We currently provide service in 3 languages: Russian, English and Turkish.

About Role:
  • Processing incoming requests from clients and partners through various channels (messengers, email, chats).

  • Providing prompt and professional support on issues related to the company's products and services.

  • Resolving conflict situations and complex customer requests.

  • Collection and analysis of feedback from customers to improve the quality of service.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve customer experience.

  • Maintaining and updating the knowledge base and instructions for clients.

Who we are looking for:
  • Experience managing teams of various sizes, including remote teams.

  • Experience with ticket systems, bots, and analytical tools.

  • Deep understanding of customer service processes and modern techniques for improving it.
